Easy to use features, solid construction

I am very happy with the ease of operation, quietness, and solid construction of this microwave. Before this I had another very popular brand microwave that had many problems before it completely died and it was only 2 years old. It sounded like a tin can when you shut the door and made a lot of noise when operating. The design and overall performance of this Whirpool over the range microwave is heads above any other I've had and I have had three other brands. I have other Whirpool appliances as well and have decided that it will be the only brand I will buy in appliances from now on.

We are very satisfied with our Microwave hood and oven. We also have other whirlpool products that we have had good service from over the past few years. We installed this particular product ourselves and found it supprisingly easy. We hope that this product will continue to provide many years of dependable service. Would highly reccommend this product to other family members and friends

A great product

It is a great machine to replace the 20 something year old we had! I do miss the "warm" button....just the plain and simple warm button.It is pretty technical on cooking, as in, pick what you are cooking or defrosting, etc....how many or how many pounds, etc.....I say just pick a time and let it cook....you can judge timing on most things without having to ask questions beforehand.One other quirk is when you punch the button to cook, it says the door needs to be closed. Humm, it is closed....but! You have to open and slam it shut for it to count as closed to begin cooking.
