Great Microwave

Full disclosure: I am a whirlpool employee but I don't make microwaves.I've had this microwave for two weeks now. The instructions were easy to follow once we got going installing it. Everything you need is included from template, instructions, to bolts.I had a 17 year old Panasonic countertop that still works but we moved and our new house had a 12 year old Whirlpool microwave hood and that worked just fine till the magnetron went out. I ordered this microwave after reading the reviews and I must say this it has worked great. It seems to heat up stuff a bit faster than the two other microwaves did. Especially popcorn; though I don't use the "popcorn" button.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Inexpensive, no-frills microwave that does its job

My wife and I needed a new microwave and decided upon this basic machine. It doesn't cost a fortune nor does it have an abundance of extra features that we do not need nor want. We use our microwave solely to heat up left-overs and after two months this microwave has fulfilled that function without any issues. Installation wasn't too difficult, although it's definitely a two-person job. The microwave is not terribly heavy, but it's still a good-sized product and you'll want an extra hand here and there while installing.The parts seem of decent quality and solid construction. The only question is how well it holds up long-term. Otherwise, we are very pleased with our purchase thus far.

Simple and works well

I bought this microwave to replace my old one that broke after 20 years of use.So far, it's pretty straight forward and simple to use. Gets the job done.

Easy to use.

We use our microwave daily at breakfast and dinner.We heat several ounces of water on high for 33 seconds - it comes out at the perfect temperature so that when we mix it with Ruby's dog food it makes "gravy". A tablespoon of canned cat food, covered and heated for 8 seconds takes the chill off our cat's refrigerated food. Warm cat food doesn't smell all that good but Annie loves it and that's what counts.She and Ruby give the microwave 8 paws!

Difficult Installation Process

I replaced an older Whirpool Microwave Oven with this one. My only issue was the installation process. I would have hoped the installation would be easily interchangeable but it wasn't. The mounting plate was totally different and I needed to modify the installation due to my existing duct venting system. I am very pleased with the Microwave performance.
