Great product, bad registration

This is our second whirlpool microwave, same brand. We like how it looks in our kitchen and it is a good microwave. However, registering the product is a confusing process. They tell you to register online, but when you do they say it isn't a product you can register online. The information they gave to mail in was confusing as well. I would have given it more stars if registering the product was as simple as buying it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Excellent price; Efficient cooking; Easy install; Timer self

After prompt delivery, I easily installed the microwave. It cooks very well. The grill inside the door looks like it is smudged from the side view, a very minor issue. It is a beautiful machine that works very well. The only reason that I do not give it an excellent rating is that I have not had it long enough to prove it's dependability, but I am virtually certain that this microwave will prove itself in this way also to be the best value in large capacity over the range ovens.
