MY Thoughts on Over The Range MIcrowaves

I Bought this Microwave to Replace one that only lasted one and a half years, so of course I hope it is better. So far I like it a lot. I like the features, but wish it had a means of turning off the turntable rotation.
I would recommend this to a friend!

good.....and bad

Love the looks. Love the 30 second button too, makes it very easy for a quick heat up. The only thing I do not like is there is no way to turn off the turntable. The microwave is very large and can easily fit a large casserole dish, BUT you cannot turn off the turntable so it constantly hits the edges. I take out the glass plate and let it run but there is the risk of breaking the plate and smaller casseroles aren't large enough to bypass the turning motor. My old microwave had the capability to turn off the turntable and I used that constantly so I really miss it. I would probably not buy this model again for that purpose alone. If you don't care about that feature, this is a great microwave.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I use it everyday. It cooks very evenly and fast, but it does not dry the food like some microwaves.
