I would like a few features I had on my previous microwave but for the price differance this is a good value and good features. Mostly it is just getting use to the change. But we are satisfied with the performance.

Easy for the do it yourselfer

Within 15 years I've gone through two over the range microwaves. I thought due to the shortened longevity of this manufacture I'd try Whirlpool. All my research indicated it was the brand and model to buy. The install instructions and diagrams were superb. I will give Whirlpool consideration in the future when it comes to refrigerator and dishwasher replacement.

Dependable and Quality

I redid my kitchen in 1996 with all Whirlpool Appliances.....this is the first one that I've had to replace and it was my wife's fault and not the appliance... One happy customer and why I bought Whirlpool again and will continue when needed.

Wonderful Unit

Love the microwave. It was easy to install with very detailed instructions. The stainless steel is very easy to keep clean. The only downside is that this unit does not have buttons programmed for automatic cook times. Press one for one minute cooking ETC.
