[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My previous microwave lasted only 2 years - recommended by a salesman to purchase LG - it was loud and sometimes did not heat the food completely. This microwave by Whirlpool I would recommend to anyone whether using it occasionally or for heavy use. Very quite and cooks complete.

This product has all the features we need. We have several other Whirlpool appliances in our household and have always been very satisfied with their performance. We find this microwave easy to use.

Love the preciseness of the cooking and reheating features.

I like everything about the microwave oven. The only thing I don't like is the light that shines over my oven burners. It only lights the rear burners and not the front burners like my old microwave did.
