We bought this as a package deal for our new house. I like the microwave, but the builder did not vent it outside. I don't know if the fan on it would work better if vented outside. When I boil stuff on the stove it steams up the whole front of the microwave. Fan is really loud. But does not suck the steam in.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The installers installed this item in 14 minutes flat. Very Profesional and cleaned up after themselves. The microwave is stylish and pretty quiet to my surprise.

Basic, Functional, Solid Features

Not too many frills. A good, basic over the stove microwave offered at a very reasonable price. Installation is a breeze, if you previously had an OTC unit installed in the past. Would be great for apartment, rental house, etc. If you want the "uptown" version for your new designer kitchen, this is not your microwave. Excellent value.

I bought this microwave a couple months ago and am pleased with it. Does what a microwave is supposed to do and at a lower cost than most. I use mainly to reheat food and it does a great job. The popcorn setting was a little confusing....had to read directions !!!!!!!

This is my first over the range microwave and I couldn't be happier. The directions were easy to follow with good size print and the occasional picture. The unit itself seems to be a bit loud (in comparison to my old counter microwave). I like the additional settings for defrost, popcorn, a +30 second button plus quite a few more reheat options depending on the meal.The blue LEDs are quite bright at night which makes it nice when all the lights are off. The light under the unit has two settings, normal and half. I find myself using normal most of the time. It's plenty bright but the light is located towards the back of the unit which will leave you stirring in the dark if you're cooking in a pot. Once the timer goes off it'll keep chirping for quite a while to remind you to take your meal out.I've had the unit about a month and it's been great. Defrost works really well - defrosting meat all the way through without getting cooked ends. It's a big unit so you can put in big meals. For the price you really can't go wrong.
