Excellent Microwave.

We replaced an older similar model Whirlpool microwave oven that after 11 years of daily use gave up the ghost. I expect this replacement microwave to give us many years of service just as our previous oven did. Do wish the mounting was easier to do or procedures would improve. It was difficult to mount. Required the assistance of three other people. That part should not be that hard.

Whirlpool is a name brand that has been around for years. I even remember the ads on tv when I was a kid. We had the products in our home. I would buy another if necessary.

Big is Better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm older, single, and still renovating my condo so I've not extensively used this microwave but so far it has performed basic functions flawlessly. I do wish the exhaust fan was quieter but others are just as noisy. I had to rotate the motor from recirculation to outside exhaust and this was easily accomplished. Installation and mounting instructions were fairly easily followed and proved to be a perfect fit. I am not a skilled carpenter nor construction worker.....so be sure to measure twice and cut/drill once. I actually measured several times, put it aside, then measured again just to be sure I internalized and fully understood the instructions. You do not want to be off when installing with cabinets or drilling into a tiled wall. Overall...very pleased.

Great microwave so far

We have had this microwave for about 2 weeks now. We have enjoyed it. It has a nice visual appeal and design and it has worked very well. It is quiet and heats evenly. We have been very pleased with our choice to buy this microwave.

We rely heavily on our microwave as we are a two income family. When looking for a new microwave, the Whirlpool unit has the best overall features available for the money!

I love the look of this microwave and it works great, too! I like the fact that the fan will go on automatically if the stove below gets too hot. I'm very pleased with this purchase.
