This unit replaces the Whirlpool microwave that I've had for the past 12 years with no problems at all. The only reasons that I'm replacing it is becasue the clips holding the vent cover broke and it had a large crack in the dooor.
I would recommend this to a friend!

One great microwave !!

I replaced our range hood with this OTR unit. It looks and woks great. The hidden vent makes it a sleek design and it matches my other Gold Series appliances well. It has a lot of features and is much better than the countertop models. I would recommend it to anyone.

This came new with the house I bought, and it is great! The design is sleek and smooth, very easy to keep clean! It has a turntable so I don't have to turn food in the middle of heating. Great product!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was surprised at how easy the installation was for this microwave. I am by no means mechanically inclined, but everything during the installation was a breeze. My only fear was actually drilling two holes in my cabinets, but the template worked perfectly. Doing it myself saved over $100 in installation costs. The microwave itself works well and has an easy to see and use control panel. The cooking wattage and power surpasses my old one. I look forward to it giving me many years of service.

Smart Microwave

In addition to the usual microwave functions, I'm impressed with the defrost settings. Unlike my old microwave, frozen items are perfectly defrosted, vs. having edges that are partially cooked.
