This product could use more features

After having a top of the line microwave then going to this model, was a bit of a let-down. Would have liked more features to each program (reheat, melt/soften, defrost, etc.) Would have liked a bigger glass turntable inside and more lighting (it's only on one side ).
I would recommend this to a friend!

Lives up to the Whirlpool name

Purchased this unit because old Whirlpool quit after 15 years. The microwave is very powerful, has just as many preset settings and is much less expensive than the last one. Very happy with this unit.

The Mircrowave was pretty easy to install, cleans up well and easy to use. We like the dual setting on the light and fan and the speed it cooks.

Simple and attractive

I installed it 6 months ago and it has worked and looked great! It was easy to install. I wanted something simple, not too many buttons, and did not care for any of the new sensor cooking technology. The add 30 sec button is a nice feature. The noise level is reasonable. I'd have to compare it side by side with others to comment further. I like that the vent has 2 speeds.
