Not happy with this purchase

I own several Whirlpool appliances that I have been completely happy with, until I bought this microwave. It was a inexpensive over the range model, so I guess you get what you pay for. I miss my microwave pork rinds, for they no longer cook correctly. It is noisier and the turntable is not a good design.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My microwave is over my oven, which I don't like....but I do like my microwave and its features. The fan/vent is strong and the light works great. I just do not like to clean the hood vent after a messy meal.

The excellent price I paid for this relatively basic over the stove Mic gave me a pleasant surprised at just how nice the product really is; it was very simple to install and the instructions were spot on. Whirlpool was recommended by our appliance repairman and it is obvious why he recommended them. For the price I paid I received a quality unit. Even though it is fairly basic unit, it does everything that a family of four needs.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nice item. Looks good. Auto vent system is cool. Only downside is needs to be more powerful. I guess it's a 1000W but seems to cook like a 600W
