I really do like the quality of the filters. This review is about the filter club. It is seriously hard to find the filter club links and it is hard to understand how to sign up. If BlueAir really wants people to sign up for the filter club, they need to make the experience much better. I have two BlueAir filters, and it probably took me 6 attempts to get both enrolled in the filter club. Something is not right about this user experience...

I was unable to reset the filter reminder light. Not surprising really, as I was also unable to activate the internet connection. The programming team really ought to take a look at this things, though there’s of course no way to update the firmware.
