I have no idea that this toothbrush won't charge in europe even with the adapter. The company should let the consumers know. What a waste of investment, hassle of packing it to europe and had to mail the charger to europe b/c we forgot only to find out that it won't work in europe!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My kids love their new toothbrush

My kids's dentist is very happy I bought that product for my kids. Their teeth are much cleaner and they really brush for 2 full minutes (no cheating!). They used to brush the wrong way and had to change their toothbrushes every week. Now they just let the brush do the work and it has been 2 month and the toothbrush heads still look great. Could not be happier with that product.
We have a nine year old and a five year old and this brush comes with 2 different sized heads. It makes a big difference. Plus the sonication takes cares of removal of crud instead of having to scrub their teeth with an ordinary brush.

My kids love this toothbrush! All 5 family members have a Soncicare and feel it is well worth the investment!
I finally gave in and bought this toothbrush after going thru countless $5 battery powered toothbrushes and have had zero buyer's remorse. I have a 5 and 7 year old. The adjustable speeds and different size heads are age-appropriate and easy to use. My 7 year old has gone from grumping about brushing to easily completing the full 2 minute cycle. The musical cues are terrific. I am extrememly satisfied with these brushes. I also appreciate the lack of consumer waste, I.e. not having to replace batteries and whole brushes all the time, just the heads.
Pros: ease of use less consumer waste
Cons: kid replacement heads can be difficult to locate i
