Works great when used by parents

We've been using Sonicares in our home for a long time. I love having one for the kids, however I wish that the design could be fixed so that the stem on the handle (the part that the brush head attaches to) wouldn't break so easily. Especially for kids, who are more likely to drop the brush as they are learning how to brush on their own. Kids are very hard on brush heads as well and the heads are so expensive. I find the heads for the kids brushes need replacing more often than once per 3 months. As an adult I've dropped my brush a few times and have broken the stem and wish the brushes in general were more durable.
Pros: great clean for kids, fun for kids to use
Cons: breaks when dropped

Very pleased that this toothbrush challenges my granddaughter. She balked at brushing before but now loves to brush until the music chimes. Her teeth are in much better condition!
Pros: challenges children to brush longer, fun and colorful.

My son loves this toothbrush! He's cavity free and I hope to keep it that way through the use of this toothbrush. I've had my Sonicare brush for a few years and my dentist always complements how clean my teeth are. I'm so impressed with my brush, I bought this one for my son's use.

Excellent for children

As a dental hygienist I was excited to see a Sonicare product made especially for children. Bottom line, these brushes do a better job the what our children are capable of alone. Removes plaque and light stains, helps keep breath fresh. Easy to use, durable and like the "grown-up" Sonicare brushes, holds up well over time. Is a little confusing in the directions regarding charging - this product (according to the company) is to be kept on charger when not in use. Good to know and will protect longevity of battery.

While the brush head is spinning, the actual brushing is great. Have noticed that my teeth stain less often now and appear brighter. Wish the auto pauses were longer to switch to other areas of the mouth. Also wish it were easier to clean.
Pros: brushing feels great and teeth stain a lot less, battery life lasts a long time between charges
Cons: cleaning seems a bit picky, materials should be durable for all toothpastes, should come with a travel case

Good but could be better

I have one of these for each of my kids and find that if I don't have them remove their brush heads every night when they finish, the base tops get clogged and can mold on the plastic/rubber part. Would be nice if they made some kind of mold resistant part underneath the brush and near the handle.
My kids like brushing their teeth and the timer is great for them to know when to stop.
Pros: cleans better than a standard toothbrush, makes brushing fun for kids, musical timer, rechargeable
Cons: expensive brush and replacements, can mold if not careful
