This is a low cost printer for home use. It worked well, and then stopped printing. I spent a lot of time figuring out to clean the print heads and trying other ways of trouble shooting - even talked to the salesman at the office supply store where I bought it. Then spent a lot of time digging through the website for more info and trouble shooting. Then I found that I could call and talk to a real person. Yeah! Unfortunately the first time I called spent much time on the phone and still didn't print. I gave up, waited a few months and finally found some time to call again... they sent me a replacement printer!!! And I wasn't sure if I could just plug this one in, as software was already installed, so I called tech support and they walked me through it. Yeah! I took an extension on my taxes because I couldn't print some documents earlier - and now I can print, just in time for my rescheduled tax appointment. So, frustrating that I had issues with the printer, but now resolved and the tech support person stayed on the line until he knew everything was working well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

xp 320 printer

very easy to use but missing an automatic feeder

I enjoy the compact nature of the unit but am really missing an automatic document feeder tray. I often have to scan several pages into my computer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Perfect purchase

I love my new Epson printer. It is small enough that it fits great on my desk and it does everything that I hoped it would. I have an Epson printer at work and knew that this would be an excellent printer for my home. Have not had one problem with it.

printer set up problems

we just purchased the xp 320 and while trying to set it up it says error code for scanning? It says refer to documentation but there is no help.

When I got it home, and open it was just what I needed, just right size for my apartment, wasn't hard to understand the install software required, Had to go back too the store, to get me a USB cable, small thing !

Easiest installation possible. Went through 2 of another brand and gave up and tried this Espon XP320. What a breeze! Fast, easy, quiet, and it prints like a dream. Woohoo!
