This is not a reliable working printer. Even after set up the wireless does not work reliably. And although all the ink levels are OK, the ink will not print - the test page prints fine but nothing else will print even in basic black & white. So basically this has been a frustrating waste of time and money. It sounded like a good idea at the time and it was cheap. Cheap is the operative word.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

When my job was on the line. I had a printer but the quality just wasnt quite there. I had to make a decision. Should i take a chance and use what i have or buy a new one. Seemed like a nobrainer for me. I Bought The EPSON XP-310. As soon as the first page popped out i was mad at myself for not getting it sooner. The quality is flawless, and the options on it are a giant upgrade from what i had been using. I felt like i had been in the dark ages. The work that i turned into for my job went through without question like a professional. I am so happy with my epson printer. Thank you !!!!

I purchased this printer, because I wanted a wireless printer, all of my connections are correct, but when i want to print something I have to connect a USB cable

Warrantee Replacement Printer

It took several calls and troubleshooting with tier three tech.support. Then it was decided it would be better just to replace. So far it has been an excellent printer and the customer service, I consider excellent.
I would recommend this to a friend!

how good is it

I like that it is wireless. It wasn't the easiest to set up which is something I don't like. I also had to figure out how to print and scan and that takes two different ways. more the my last printer ever did.
Find that unless I wake it up before wanting to print it won't print even though the printer is on.
haven't tried to print from other places so can't say how well that works.

Great printer in itself

In my experience, this printer is awesome. It's quick and gets the job well done. If it's not in use, it goes into a "sleep" mode. The only downfall is when the ink gets low it stops printing and it won't accept a "grey scale" to only print in black and white. So with that being said any cartridge of ink used by the printer always has to be full at least by 30%. Also when the ink is low it starts to print with "track marks" where the ink leaves multiple faded line across the entire sheet.
