Wirelesss Set Up

Directions state that the preferred method of set-up is with a usb cable but I used the wireless set-up option and it was a snap. Directions for the ink cartridges aren't real clear but I did get it right. You only need to remove the one tab on the side of the cartridge and nothing more. One star penalty for the directions on the in cartridges.
I would recommend this to a friend!

glad I bought this printer. The Epson XP-310 was easy to install. The Print in Black or color was fine, easy to see. Can't wait to explore! Very easy to operate. My wife wants it for Pictures, I'm afraid I will have to buy a second.

Install problems

Installed the printer and continually got an error titled MSVCR80.dll. Trying to figure it out but having problems. Epson should have solved this and set up a fix!!!!

Not easy to set up

I don't think you should tell the customer to connect the printer by USB. I had to go back and load cd rom to get the printer to print wireless...very complicated set up! Ready to use the printer I hope it isn't as hard to use as set up was..
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I found the installation very easy and I am 80 years old. It replaced my Epson CX5800F. Hope it lasts as long as my old one.

i ordered this little but professional printer for my birthday/christmas. it was on sale for a special price. i needed a printer for my college courses. after installing the printer, i noticed that it printed beautiful color print, letters, and copies. epson makes a very good product and i would advise anyone needing a printer to buy nothing but an epson.
