I wanted a printer that would not have wirers all over when I call the support 1 800 number she was very helpful had me up and running in a short time I am very please with my printer

My EPSON XP-310 had a problem with leaking ink, customer service was great and sent me a new one without hesitation. Very pleased with CS and with my new EPSON XP-310.

My Epson Printer/ Scanner is a new product in my home. It seems to have procise, easy & clear instruction, to follow. Following step by step instruction's is a easy, simple process & if followed & installed correctly, the setup & use of this product, makes the installation flow smoothly. I'm sure the product will show to be reliable & give me a lot of pleasure & fun of use. I plan on getting a lot of use from this quality machine. So far so good.

Poor scan software

I connected this printer to a Mac running OS X. The scanner software was primitive and difficult to use. Unsatisfactory, and I returned the printer/scanner.
The printer was pretty good, hence the three stars.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is the best printer scanner copier, I have ever had it is Awesome and I Love the fact that it is wireless. I have two labtops, ipad so the fact that it is awesome. I love it love it love it

Acquired this printer to replace another brand that was having problems staying connected. In the three weeks that I have had it, it has performed very well in the print and copy modes. Have not yet tried the other modes or had to replace ink.
I would recommend this to a friend!
