What an excellent printer.

This is my first experience of installing and using Epson printer and the installation was easy and simple. With this printer I have value for my money. The features on the printer is also easy to operate. I will surely recommend this product to my friends and family. Try it and see it for yourself.

Offline

Not sure what my problem is, but everytime I try to print it says "offline". So I have to go to the printer, turn off and on several times to get it to print. Not much use of having wireless printer if I have to go to printer every time I want to print. I may be doing something wrong but other than printing, I like printer. Good quality.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Paper Feed

Regular set up went very fast. Will do WiFi at a
later date. Print was very clear and crisp. Like the
small footprint. Was very hard to get the paper to feed straight. I used the side holder tabs but the paper still came out crooked 3/4 of the time. Only way it really came out straight was if I held it in line each time. That is a big waste of time. Are there
any secrets I'm not aware of?

A good printer

I needed a printer that had a scanner. I opted to go with a printer that gives me the option to change printer cartridges for the color I need. I checked out the prices for each cartridge and the price was right.
No cables, The printer works on Wifi, and the ease to connect was error free.
Setup was simple and quick.
It prints really fast.

Lit ain't easy

The speed and quality of printing is as expected. Both met our expectations. The size and design of the machine fit well with our needs. However, the instructions for network, in particular, the scanner, were poor. This made the overall set up process long, time consuming (nearly 3 hours) and very frustrating. Unless a person is an IT specialist, is very familiar with computer/printer set up, or has a lot of time to kill, (in other words, if you are a not simply middle aged average Joe) and don't mind arguing with your spouse, the method of set up needs to be more closely examined and made for the general population.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

used CD, downloaded new drivers from epson site, still wont work on my windows 7 (64) keeps saying driver error, and why dont they have a customer service that can, hook up to my conputer and help fix thease issues. it works great with my cell phone but wont work at all with my dell laptop. HELP before i get the sledge hammer out.

I have been waiting a week for this printer. Got it today set it up and it will not print the color have cleaned the head 4 times.. Now it says my black is out. what is this?. I have had over ten epson printers the old ones are better
