Good printer but cannot scan

I have had this printer for a week. Love the print quality and ease of use. However no matter how hard I try to figure out scanning problem, I cannot scan wired or wireless
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am very pleased with the prompt services of replacing by old printer which was experiencing mechanical difficulties. I was surprised to have a new printer within 2 days after calling in my claim.

Epson 310 Small in one

I just bought this printer today, set up and installation was simple, connected right up to my wifi system. Printed good to excellent quality on first 2 prints without any problems.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Product Replacement

I had a problem with my printer after I replaced the black ink cartridge (the printer was 6-9 months old) After trying everything I called Epson customer service and they shipped out a new printer right away and received it within 3 days.

Small Footprint, BIG Deal

This Printer has some great features.
For example Wi Fi printing, I can print off my tablet or laptop, without hooking up the cable so I'm not tethered. You can also print from an SD Card or pick things embedded in the printer memory like a calendar.
The print quality is phenomenal, I printed a photo of a hot air balloon, like being there!
The best and biggest reason I chose this printer was its compactness. It will scan a full eight and a half by eleven sheet of paper and it's not much bigger width and lengthwise.
I wish I'd bought two now, I might have to go back to the store after payday!
