This was so user friendly, unbelievable, how easy it was for me. I know nothing about printers computers etc... but they made it very easy.

This little printer was quite a find. I just wanted a small printer for my laptop. This printer is a marvel and more than I expected.

VERY easy set-up for me, and I am FAR, FAR from a teckie-type person. The set-up was fast and simple, and I was able to use my USB cable from my old printer (USA cable is not included when you buy this printer). I just installd the drivers and finished the set-up and haven't used it yet, but from my past experience with EPSON I know I am going to be VERY HAPPY with my latest EPSON prnter

Scan Feature Dissapointing

While I am generally satisfied with most modes, the fact that you can not edit scans is a big disappointment. I have Word and assumed you could scan a document, put it into a word file and edit it. NO SUCH LUCK!

Awesome Printer

At this point I am very happy with this Epson printer. As a family we have used the printing, scanning, and wireless functions frequently. Pictures print very well. Paper loads straight and prints straight. The "quick" print feature is a great way to conserve the ink when printing items not needing a more professional look. The printer hooked up to the network seamlessly. Very good product!

very poor instructions

Why is it that the people that write the installation instructions seem to write them for someone that already knows how to do it , instead of writing them for someone that doesn't know how to do it ? I just bought your computer today and find the instructions totally one big mess. If you would like me to write you a set of installation instructions that a person could actually follow , just let me know . Your computer XP-310 gets good reviews , but the installation instructions are really lousy .
