I had to have a quick replacement for my printer that saw its better days. I found the XP-310 at a great price & after compared the ink prices on it, decided to give it a try. The all-in-one is always an advantage in personal & business applications. I was so impressed that I bought a 2nd unit to replace my unit in the home office. This is a great unit & I would recommend it with no reservations!

Good size, good printer...ink not so much

Love this printer for the size and the quality of the prints. Perfect for my needs and anyone who needs a printer for small jobs. My big problem: the black ink has run out way too fast so only get this one if you are an occasional or small print person.

Just bought this new printer (7.09.14). Set up was very easy (even for a technologically challenged senior lady). No problems. Beautiful print. Price was right, replacement ink affordable. Hope it lasts a long time.

Bad set-up instructions

Disregard (5) Install software instruction: 1. Make sure your printer is NOT CONNECTED to your computer. Mountain Lion iMAC connected with USB to printer will automatically retrieve Model Number, Serial Number and download software immediately. Bad instruction took an hour to download, and delayed use of printer for several weeks. Cost of ink is too high.

Epson Home XP-310 All-in-One-Printer

I had suffered with another All-in-one printer for years. Ever so often it would quit and I would spend hours getting it to work again. Finally I decided to replace it and bought the Epson Home XP-Small All-in-one. It has worked perfectly so far and I am happy with it. It's very easy to use and has a large variety of options. The only thing I haven't been able to do yet is use the WI-Fi feature so will probably need help setting it up.

Epson Expression Home XP-310 Small-in-One™ All-in-

This is a very nice product, especially for it's low cost. The WI-FI setup may be a little difficult for the novice, but with patience is not that much of a learning curve. Print speed and quality is very good and the printer itself, is very quiet. The scanner and copier options work just as expected, producing excellent image quality. About the only negative thing I have to say is that some of the software support, such as online ink ordering did not set up correctly and some of the updates did not install after downloading them from the web site, but I suspect this can be corrected with a call to Epson customer service. I'll update this post after I've call them, but for me it's a non-issue anyway!
