I love my new printer, and love the wireless ability, my son can use it from computer in a different room. The price of the ink replacement is reasonable. The only disappointment I have is the ink cartridges are small, and have had to replace them once already. Next time I will buy the XL cartridges.

This is my 6 or 7th printer in 20 years and the easiest to set up, wireless! Fantastic for busy people or non PC savvy people.

I've had nothing but problems with the ink for this printer. I've had to replace all of the them twice in the last 4 months.

Add to instructions to REMOVE the packing styrofoam from where the paper is inserted Add words Remove Blue Tape -- the carriage that holds the printer ink cartridges in place is not readily evident (or at least it wasn't to me).
The rewards program registration failed because the program refused to accept the serial number of my printer.

The reason I got this printer (for my wife, who is completely computer-illiterate) is that I have an Epson scanner at my store, which was cheap, works great, and has never screwed up in the five years I've owned it. This XP-320 was so cheap I was hesitant to pull the trigger, but I figured I couldn't lose even if it only lasted six months. Setup was a breeze; the only complaint I have is that more info on how to install the print cartridges should have been provided - it's not clear whether you're supposed to remove the clear plastic film over the round port at the bottom of the cartridges. (You aren't.) Once I had the ink installed, I put the CD in my wife's Dell and it took maybe five minutes flat to get it up and running on Wi-Fi. Easiest install I've ever done, period. I've printed about ten things so far...a couple of pictures and some text, and I made a couple of photocopies. All excellent. I'm a happy camper. ;-)

I bought this for convenience at work. That hasn;t happened. For the first few months it worked fairly well but was kind of quirky about its wireless connection. Over the last few months it has not printed in black consistently. After contacting support by email (not simple) I followed their instructions and got the machine working at the cost of half of all my ink. Now ti has stopped working again. My other Epson products have worked fine, but I don't know if I can buy another.

I have had this printer for a few months now and I don't think that I have ever successfully printed anything! It's always out of ink or telling me it is out of paper when it has paper. I feel like I am always arguing with it. It never just PRINTS!

Somewhat Leary.....

I bought home my Epson Expression Home XP-320 yesterday. Removed it from the box and took out the instruction sheet. The first step said to turn it on and choose a language. I did that exactly as instructed....did not even have the ink out of the box yet. As soon as I touched the button to choose English as my language, the scanner thing slid across, made a loud grinding noise and a message popped up on the screen "printer error. For details see your documentation. Error Code OxEA ' My husband and I read every word of the documentation looking for this code or other information and the only troubleshooting was for after you get past the point of installation, not after just powering it on. So I boxed it up and went back to the store and exchanged it. This is my first Epson, but I decided to buy try it again and am just keeping my fingers crossed that was a rare occurrence. I did invest in the extended warranty, just in case.
