Epson printer review

I bought this model printer only because my last Epson would not work anymore because I used non-factory cartridge's. I like the scan feature and software which I use regularly, as well as the copy feature, and printing which I use every week. Print speeds are faster than any other printer in this price range that I have bought. I have not been able to use the air print feature but that is probaly due to my phone settings
The ink cartridge's are expensive and don't last long but that is a sign of the times. Only factory cartridge's can be used thus ensuring more profit for Epson!
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is an excellent compact printer. I did not have a great deal of room in my small apartment, so this is what I chose at the store, without knowing very much about it other than the good reputation of the name Epson! After a bit of studying how to use it when I unpacked it, it has certainly not been a disappointment. It prints quickly and sharply and I definitely recommend it.

I found this printer easy to set -up with no problems. It works very well, we are very pleased with this unit. It was priced right and a good value. also easy to use. Thanks epson for a good well priced product.

Just unboxed & installed this new printer. I hooked it up to one computer with a printer cable and another computer wirelessly, both without a problem. I then connected my iPhone & my Kindle Fire to print wirelessly. They are both working fine also. I will say the instructions leave a little to be desired. I have experience with networks, routers, computers and software or it would have been a more difficult process. It's important to use your computer to initially set it all up. It makes it a lot easier. However, I also used the printer's screen to set up one of the wireless devices & it worked fine. One computer was running windows 7.1, the other windows 8. Be sure & install an app on your device before you try to connect it.

GREAT PRINTER/ COPIER /SCANNER!!!! Easy setup. Great purchase price and the ink price is great!!! Prints like a dream and is definitely worth the money.

So NOT happy with this!!

At first, it performed like a champ! Great printouts, scans, copies. Then NOTHING!!! I installed New Ink (Epson, the more expensive cartridge), ran ALL the tests via the computer, and still NOTHING!! The printouts are green instead of black. They are FAINT, even if I go into the Preferences and tweak the settings. NOTHING is working well on this! And I have had it less than a Year!!!!
