Printer, will not do anything at this moment, You can't make it stay on, you get ready to print something and it's turned it self off. I changed my Modem's network name and password, now it will not accept these, at this time I have no printer. Never had so much with a printer before. Sorry, but that's my story and I am a sticken to it.

printer wont connect to google cloud print

very very frustrating!!! just spent over an hour trying to set up this new printer ep-310 with my chrome book, ive followed all the instructions right up to putting the printers ip address in my browser then being told the page is unavailable, error code: err.name not resolved.
This product is advertised as being easy to set up and use, but so far that is not my experience at all. This is not my first printer. I have succeeded in setting up other printers with other operating systems in the past, just saying that to let you know that I'm not a complete noob, and even with my husband and son trying to help we aren't getting anywhere.

INK, INK, INK

I have only used the printer 6 times since I have bought it and I have had to change the black ink cartridge twice. Also I haven't printed anything with color and the color ink cartridges are low as well. If there was a way to change the setting to save on ink, this printer would be okay. But until then, I would have to give it 1 star.

Wi-Fi Issues

I have been through the set up process half a dozen times using multiple methods and different computers to try and set wireless printing. I was able to print via USB on my initial setup but now it is not working through USB either. I am very disappointed with this product. The setup disc will not successfully set up the printer and says to see troubleshooting instructions. But everything is set up properly and the wireless is working properly I don't know what the problem is but I am displeased.

this printer is by far the most economical and to be honest the most productive out of all the 11 printers I own. It's print in pristine quality and it connects to all my 21 devices.
Great Choice in choosing this printer.
