I am shocked at how little information was provided regarding "Print from Smartphone, etc" -- I kept expecting an email address, it's not. I found it by hit or miss. I enjoy Epson products but disappointed in lack of info in the owner manual and going in circles on internet
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is my second Epson printer (the last was the NX 230), this one is even more awesome with newer updated features.
I've used all the features except the WiFi, all is well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Worst printer I've ever bought

It was cheap. I should have known.
Didn't come with ink cartridges (not shown on the box at all, even says "included ink cartridges". Setup couldn't work at all until ink cartridges are purchased. So I really couldn't even tell if it was working or not until I got cartridges. Also didn't come with any instructions at all. Luckily I've bought plenty of computer stuff before so I know what I'm doing - but this is just a pathetic product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

awesome multifunction printer

Easy installation via disk drive cd or online installation for computers that don't have a drive. Easy set up instructions and great print quality. Love the all the extra available photo software! Auto scan to facebook and the cloud. Wireless plus wifi direct. Great look Great quality!

Very difficult to get product to connect to wireless system. Went through the process several times, without success. Tried one last time, and it connected without difficulty. A very frustrating couple of hours for me. Have not actually used the product yet, but I think it will be just what I need for what I do. Looking forward to using it.
