Works Good But!!!

This printer works very well but the only problem is that the ink cartridges are to small. I printed several pages (less than 20) for my business and I was out of black ink and had to go out and buy another cartridge before I could finish printing what I needed for a customer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This printer is literally a piece of garbage. I have never written an online review for any product before, but I hate this printer so much that I feel compelled to do it now. Reasons this printer is the worst thing on the planet:
1) ALWAYS out of ink. I need to buy a replacement cartridge essentially every other time I use the printer. I'd say I get 20-30 pages of text out of a Black XL cartridge.
2) The color cartridges must be full to print anything in black. This is infuriating. Example: Today, my black ink was out so I purchased a replacement. The heads were dried out (see complaint #3) so I ran the process to clean them. This drained my color cartridges and now I STILL can't print in BLACK AND WHITE because I don't have any cyan or magenta ink.
3) the heads are always dried out. I need to clean them every use, and generally need to print a single page 4-5 times to get it to print without any spotting.
4) Wifi connection does not work, and never has.

I am really disappointed by this product, particularly because epson has such a great reputation. What a bummer. Please don't buy this brick and make the same mistake I did.

This is my second Epson printer. The first printer finally quit after many years of great service. This printer is easy to use and simple for home use.

I have only had this printer for a couple months and I have had nothing but problems with it. About 90% of the time it will not connect to the computer to print, and I have to go to the Epson website and download the set-up step almost everytime I want to print something. Also when you print it does not come out straight on the page. No matter how many times you fi the paper after it prints one copy they are all slanted. Also the ink does not last long at all. I just bought an ink cartridge a week ago, and I already have to go buy another one. If I could I would take this printer back, and it has crossed my mind just breaking it into little pieces everytime I print because like I said it always seem to mess up when I go to print something! Nothing but horrible experiences.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

where's the ink?

Great little product, however, the ink cartridges are WAY to small! I printed (1/one) color 8X10 photo when I first got it, and it completely emptied the Black ink cartridge! I had no idea that would or could happen. I didn't print anything else, just the 1 photo, now I need to buy more BLK ink!! Quite disappointed, because on a college students budget, I can't afford it!! I love the SCAN property of the Small-in-one XP-310, I have many old photos to share with family, and so far, the scan to PC works great! Over all, I like it, but having to replace ink after one use is unacceptable!
I would recommend this to a friend!
