A TOTAL DISSASTER

I AM TRYING TO SEE IF AMAZON WILL TAKE THIS USELESS MACHINE BACK FOR A REFUND. BESIDES PRINTING (WHICH IS OK), I REALLY NEED TO BE ABLE TO SCAN DRAWINGS & SEND FROM MY COMPUTER TO VARIOUS SOURCES. DESPITE HELP FROM PERSONS MORE COMPUTER SAVY THAN MYSELF AS WELL AS DAYS OF TRYING TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM, I HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO HAVE THE XP-310 SEND THE SCAN TO MY COMPUTER. I CONNECTED THE WI-FI EASILY ENOUGH AND THE SIGNAL IS GOOD TO EXCELLENT THE PRINTER DOES NOT RECOGNIZE THE COMPUTER ALTHOGH THE COMPUTER HAS NO PROBLEM CONNECTING WITH THE PRINTER. THIS SEEMS TOTALLY ILLOGICAL TO ME BUT SO IT IS. I HAVE TRIED TO UNINSTALL & REINSTALL . CHECKED THE INTERNET AND MY PROBLEM DOES NOT SEEM UNIQUE. I HAVE RUN OUT OF PATIENC AND DO NOT WISH TO SPEND ANY MORE TIME ON A MACHINE THAT IS SUPPOSED TO BE SO EASY TO CONNECT. I CERTAINLY AM NOT SPENDING MORE MONEY THAN THISMACHINE COSTS TO HAVE SOMEONE DO IT FOR ME ...IF POSSIBLE. IF I AM NOT ABLE TO GET A REFUND I JUST PLAN TO SCRAP THIS PIECE OF .... & MOVE ON TO PURCHASE ANOTHER BRAND PRINTER/SCANNER THAT MORKS .I AM SORRY IF YOU MAY FIND MY ATTITUDE INNAPPROPRIATE BUT I THINK YOUR PRODUCT IS FAR MORE INNAPROPRIATE FOR PUBLIC USE!!

I am not computer/printer savy, BUT I connected this printer all by myself and I feel pretty good about it. Easy following the instruction sheet.

A great printer so far! Setup was fairly easy for the Epson xp-320, everything works perfect. Im not an electronic guru but i must admit this was pretty easy! The inks are fantastic, crisp,clear and dry! Definitely would reccomend this product for all! If anything at all,wish it were less noisy!

Not expensive overall and the quality is great! It prints very professionally, easy installation, small, and has everything. Scanning, copying, printing, etc. It is a tad bit loud and it constantly tells me I have a paper jam, without any paper. I would have to turn it on and off again to make the message disappear, it angers me. If the developers are listening, l would recommend you fix that glitch. Otherwise its awesome! ^-^

This is my 3rd Epson printer, and I have liked all of them. The only problem I have had is that the printer heads get clogged and I can't (no matter how meany times I clean the heads) get a good print to come up. I think that if the print heads would come out and would be able to be cleaned it would be a good feature.

I have only purchased one Epson printer prior to this purchase. Epson has consistently produced high quality prints, scans, pictures etc. I am very particular about my brand of coffee, and likewise I am very particular about my brand of printer, Epson. I highly recommend it to anyone in the market for their first printer or to replace their current one. Epson is the greatest!

Do not buy the Epson 310. It is junk. You have to have every color ink cartridge to print just black. Absolutely ridiculous!

Pass on the Epson XP310

This is the worst printer that I have ever owned. After less than one year I have replaced the colored ink ten times. The inability to only use black ink is a fatal flaw. I never print colors but must replace the ink whenever the machine says it is time. This printer also has the habit of not printing. You can hear the printer working but when the paper appears-Blank-!!!!! Time to go buy another printer, surely it will not be a Epson.
