It seems aA-OK. but I am not sure where there was no cord to connect to computer???? Fortunately mine fit and now it is wireless, but I would have been angry if it had not. You need to tell this and wither place it in the box or tell people to buy it. No one wants to go back to the store. no matter how good the printer is.

Read plenty of reviews before I purchased... I have to say.. was easy for me to set up... I love the size and sleekness of printer.. the PRICE was amazing.... I have been burning up the printer and it's handling like a champ.. NO complaints.. WILL DEF recommend... OH yeah... I also purchased the extended warranty so either way I win!
I would recommend this to a friend!

This was a TERRIBLE experience for me. I have never had a worse time installing a printer in all my years of doing this. The printer was never recognized on my Mac and no matter how much I tried, the installation was a failure. And the manual included was of NO HELP whatsoever. Awful...

I like the concept of this Epson printer, however it never works quite well and it drinks ink like crazy I barely can get 30-40 copies on a ink cartridge. TOO EXPENSIVE to,operate

I hate the printer. I never seem to get the same colors twice from different ink cartridges. I am using the expensive Epson ink (which the machine goes though very quickly). I printed a few pictures with a lot of black and had to change the cartridge....now the new pictures have a bluish tone to the black. I made sure all the other colors are full and the black is still bluish. This has happened to be before with other pictures. I don't trust the colors I am going to get and this been a problem since day 1. I guess you get what you pay for.

1st printer had software issues. I would print one page & try to print the 2nd one & would get an error message. I had to re-install the software several times. I exchanged the 1st one. 2nd printer has NO software issues at all works great EXCEPT that there is something wrong with the paper feed tray. I can't always put the paper in far enough. Once it's in it's OK. But I have to spend time trying to get the paper low enough in the printer to be able to auto feed when you print. This one is going back as well.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
