Great product that does all it is advertised to do very well. Print is clear and color is really good, and I like the fact that you only change out the used up ink cart. Saves money instead of wasting unused ink when one color runs out.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is the second Epson printer I have purchased, and I have to say I am extremely pleased with the quality of the printing, and the ease of use and the reliability.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This product was the worst. From day one, this printer has been nothing but problems. Problems installing. Problems printing. Can never get it to print. Great scanner if you want to pay all that money for a scanner. Worst printer ever!!!!!!! Would not even consider buying another Epson printer again. This has been the worst printer I have ever owned.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I was having a hard time getting my printer to work. Would say that it was offline.. I wanted to toss it out like an old sock.
But then I called the tech line and FINALLY!!
Alelie worked with me for about 40mins then saw that I hadn't downloaded the driver and man it an amazing feeling when you FINALLY get to print.
Thank you Alelie for sticking by on the phone and giving the strength not to toss that sock out!!

After trying to print out a return shipping label the printer will not acknowledge that there is in fact paper in the holder. This is maybe the tenth time I've used this for single sheet printing jobs.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
