My previous inkjet printer lasted 4 years, but selected Epson because of it's good price for us elder seniors, plus and most importantly, the excellent reviews and high marks I needed to see. The initial set up instructions were very clear and minimal.. don't rush.. The CD did not auto start, but went to the website as instructed, to install, don't rush... may look idle, but it is working.. Clear cut instructions, install cable last thing, and could start the test print out. Super..
More than pleased, have already spoke to a friend who I know will buy one also. and a great reco to my large family and friends, for a Great Small-In-One XP-310 printer.

The EPSON brand name is why I purchased the Expression Home printer. The set up was easy and fast. The printer is wireless and with a few press button clicks I was done. The ink went in quickly and easily. I am very satisfied with the printer I purchased and with the EPSON brand name for quality products. Thank you EPSON.

Disappointing

Though lightweight, the printer is made of rather cheap plastic. Handle it gently. Was appalled that Epson did not include full printer cartridges like other companies do at purchase. Ran out of ink after printing only a few pages!

Difficulty on setup

I like the features of the xp310 but it is difficult to set up. I use the wireless network but the slightest glich and I have to reset every time. It is not easy for first time printer users and wish I would have gotten a different printer. I don't like the way the ink replacement is set up and over all I just don't like this printer. The instructions are difficult to understand and the hour long process is a pain in the rear. I will not be buy another Epson printer and as soon as this ridiculously expensive ink runs out. I will be dumping it
