This printer is a very good value . It does a great job of printing , both color & Black & white . The reproduction of the copy is very good .The ease of using this machine is really good . The software download is easy , and you can be ready to use it in minutes .

Great little printer. So much for the price. Works great. The only problem I have is trying to get my laptop to recognize it through the software on my wi-fi network.

This hasn't been the easy breezy install I expected seeing as how I did all my homework before buying. Lucky for me the 7 nano-seconds it was needed I was able to borrow the usb cable required to finish the installation. The wireless set-up went smoothly ALTHOUGH once it worked yesterday I can't figure out why it won't work today. The Event Manager won't load properly which means apparently I can only scan operating from the panel on the unit. Not thrilled.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

You pay in ink for photos

Everything said about this Small-in-One is correct. And for a PT home office, it's great. The quality of the photos is good, but I have no control over it. I can't choose to let Photoshop manage the printing. To be fair, it's not the 2000. I chose this inexpensive all in one mainly to print receipts, etc off my iMac and intend to buy a higher end Epson for my art photo printing.
In the meantime, I blew through my initial tiny ink cartridges in no time printing 8 x 10 photos.

Can't connect with computer

The driver that was part of the installation disc was so outdated that I could not print from my computer...I had to get the driver updated to do so & it wass very ffrustrating to buy the
Epson XP 310 & have it not work until I had it achecked out by my Computer tech who made the necessary change.
