I purchased an Epson XP-310 on QVC about 8 months ago and have been very happy with it. The paper feeder stopped working on one side, making it unusable. I called Epson, they took me through another troubleshooting session (I had already done everything suggested online), then determined it was a hardware problem. I was mailed a brand new Epson XP-320 within 3 days with no cost to me. VERY happy that Epson stands behind their products!!

I have had several Epson printers and they were great. With my new Epson XP-320 I printed an 8X10 color photo on non-Epson glossy photo paper and it has lines and different color stripes on it. The test prints on plain paper were good.

Great printer at a great price. Easy set up about 10 minutes and my first print was awesome! Glad to be Epson printer owner :) Definitely a great buy

This was the simplest printer to install, I previously owned the Epson xp-400, after many years of use the paper feeder broke. I of course looked for a new Epson because I knew the ease of installation and the quality of printing. Not disappointed again.

I've set up other all-in-one printers before, and they've never been much of a hassle, but this was by far the easiest. Turn on the printer, and put in the CD and voila!
