I would have to say that so far I have no problems with my printer. I bought it because my last printer ran out of ink and the manufacturer of it changed the cartridge just enough that it no longer fits...bummer, that's their loss. This will work for now, my old one was a fax as well and I may find myself missing that feature in the future

best quality print and the low cost (very important) of the inks.

IT WORKS WONDERFULLY! SET UP WAS EASY AND FINDING THE CORRECT INK CARTRIDGES TOOK NO EFFORT!

I have a problem finding Black ink cartridge in a 2 pack package also in the XL. To print in black/gray I have to check that on the properties every time I print. So far haven't found a place to save this option.
Other than the above it is great for the money.

Great, easy-to-use printer

I previously used the Epson Stylus NX230 for well over two years and it's still plugging along--at my husband's desk! Loved that machine, but now I have a new XP310 and it was equally as easy to install and use as the NX230, so am expecting exceptional wear from it as well. I am a firm believer in Epson products and would not hesitate to recommend it to family and friends!
