I could not install my printer from the CD. Called customer support and was walked through by John. He did a fine job of helping me.

Excellent printer for home needs!

I purchased this printer a few days ago for home and home business needs. The ease of setup was amazing. So simple and user friendly. Love the buttons on the printer that allow me to chose commands without using my laptop. Prints wirelessly from a smart phone, tablet, laptop and includes a slot to print from memory cards. Definitely recommend this printer!

I was looking for just a small printer to use in my craft room but, couldn't find anything except the All-in-One type. Decided to get this one because I already own Epson products, it's small and also prints via wi-fi. So far it has worked wonderfully. Prints nicely, scanning software is excellent, and is easy to setup. Very satisfied.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We recently bought this printer after struggling for over a year with our old and outdated one. We decided on this one mostly for the wifi aspect but it's far exceeded our expectations. It is really nice to be able to print from our laptop without having to plug everything into it. The price was great and it made much more room on my desk since it is compact.
