Better then ecpected

I really enjoy the convenience this printer provides me. I can print when I am not home and link it to all my many devices. It came with enough ink that I didn't have to replace it until a couple months after using the printer. And I print very often. I even bought one for my sister.
I would recommend this to a friend!

this printer has Wi fi hookup, it is user friendly, and has affordable cartridges. at nearly $50.00 less than the other printers, it is a good deal.

I really like my XP310 for it's simplicity of use, and of course appearance.Epson tech support walked me thru the Wi-Fi set up, which I would not have been able to do otherwise. They were very patience with me as "nebee" in the computer and accessories world. Thank You so much for that. Again I give my Epson XP310 the highest rating possible, and your support people as well.

Most printers seem to be built to only last one year. When I first got this XP-310 the digital screen on the printer itself stopped working within two months, so I couldn't change out the ink cartridges. I called the Epson help desk and they could not figure out what was wrong with the printer - so they sent me a new one since it was under warranty. I thought WOW! I never had a company do that before. It prints great, scans great and copies great, meets all of my needs. About two months ago it started printing in landscape only. The help desk couldn't figure out what was wrong, so they sent me a refurbished printer, like brand new, at no cost to me. So the XP-310 printer all in one is a pretty good printer for the money, but the Epson service is the BEST service from a printer company I have EVER Received.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Terminally Ill Scanner

Love the printer features.Scanner hasn't worked since new.Re-installed multiple times, updated/un-installed a myriad of times as well....all to no avail.USB unavailable, no matter what.Unable to scan documents from any device, PC, iPad, iPhone & no remedies have worked to fix.Useless as a scanner.I purchased it for scanning on wifi.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Advertised as easy to air connect to mac products, nothing easy about it, do not follow inclued instructions. unless you have a pc. go through mac help to set up.

Not easy usage without computer conection

I have had extreme difficulty figuring out the proper way to use Photo, Paper, and due to when one ink cartage is out I can not use printer at ALL. Even when I print in Black or grey scale. Sincerely,
