Our company has other Epson and are happy with the performance, scanning, etc and are instructed to continue to buy Epson.

I love the Epson printer. It prints so nice and it is so easy to replace ink cartridges.

Good points--makes high quality prints, printer itself is inexpensive
Bad points--uses up ink really quickly, cartridges are expensive

It was easy to install and has worked fine. I installed it hardwired to my desktop and wirelessly to my 2 laptops. I had a minor issue with Windows 8 were I had to re-install the software. Could not figure out, with the tech support, why it suddenly stopped working.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This has worked as well for me as my old much more expensive printer. Copying is great as well as printing. It has served my needs admirably. I had the choice of buying a new print head cartridge for my old printer or buying this Epson. I feel I made the right choice by getting the Epson.

Over all a good printer

The printer is good over all however the software doesn't work well with Windows XP. Windows 7 or better is recommended. The colors are vivid and the printer prints well.

Nice Printer

This printer seems to be just what we wanted. It installed easily on 2 computers and my IPad and seems to be working fine. Have not completely explored the scanner portion yet, but it seems to be a nice simple interface.
I would recommend this to a friend!
