Ease of use

Individual ink cartridges are a definite plus.
Set up was extremely easy with no problems encountered. It is helpful to read the instructions before statring the process. Wireless feature is very valuable as there are multiple units that can now connect to a printer without the hassle of cables. Overall satisfaction is FANTASTIC!

Incorrect Installation

The included software did not install the printer correctly. Windows Vista did not recognize the printer using a USB cable, so installed wireless network manually. Still did not work, had to call tech support to get printer to work wireless. The next day, after a power fail, computer could not connect to printer. Had to reinstalled software drivers from website in order to get printer to work. Now working OK. Prints good, but hard to install.

Simple to set up. Even as a wireless network printer. Love the small size. Tucks under a desk and out of the way.

Easy to install

I have never installed a wireless printer before. I followed the easy-to-read and see instructions that came with the printer, and it actually worked. I'm proud of myself for being able to do it. Thanks for your accurate instructions. The only down side I have seen thus far is for where the paper feeds, but its doable.

Inexpensive, set up is ok, prints quick

It took me about 45 minutes to set it up and install on first computer. I am fairly computer knowledgeable. First time with the Epson printer cartridge, remember to remove the yellow tape (covers cartridge vent) otherwise No Print. Doesn't say anywhere to do that. After I figured that out it printed good. Does what it's suppose to and prints fast. Copies well. No Complaints.

Just perfect for home/small business use. Works great, the ink is not expensive, and it works really smoothly with the Wi-Fi capability!

It was real easy to set up and connect to our wifi to print photos. I am happy it works well and we will be able to make great memories and send them to familey in Iowa.
