Very disappointing

I bought an XP-310 based on Epson's reputation. I think I made a mistake, and now wish I would have kept the packaging so I could return this printer. I get constant error messages when using both of our laptops, in spite of the fact that all drivers are downloaded and installed properly.
When the printer does decide to work,(it has an apparent mind of its own) it is woefully slow. I doubt that I will ever buy another Epson. Sorry guys, but you need to figure this out and make people glad they bought your product, instead of disappointing us.

Took awhile

It took me awhile to set up but was worth the effort. This is my second Epson and I finally wore the old one out. Couldn't wait to get this one working.

Waste of Money

I bought this printer because it was a good size and price. It worked great for the first couple weeks. Since then, it hasn't been nothing but a problem. It will either choose not to print what I'm trying to print or print it completely wrong. Very frustrating!
