The setup on this was not as easy as other printers I have owned. Fairly messy, instructions out of order AND you need a USB cable to set it up. While that's fairly common, there is nothing in the product description nor the packaging that says so - at least until you're halfway through the installation.
I would recommend this to a friend!

My decision to purchase this product was based on the history of this exceptional brand name and it's core in the printing/copying & scanning industry. Since the conception of it's products, they have been dependable, proficient and exceptional in their performance. I am extremely satisfied with price, ease of use, performance and quality produced by my EPSON XP 310.
The professional sleek compact design is an excellent addition to my home office.

So far so good

I just set up my all in one printer today. It was very easy to set up and so far so good on using it. The instructions were step by step to connect to wi-fi. It is small and doesn't take up much space at all in my corner of my apartment. The one thing I would make a little easier is that if I'm already connected to wi-fi I shouldn't have to keep signing up and installing things to print from mobile or tablets. Aside from that I am satisfied so far.
I would recommend this to a friend!

easy printing.

Just got this new printer and was easilt able to figure out how to print from my tablet and phone. nice feature to have since i don't spend alot of time on my home pc anymore, mostly use tablet or phone for everything these days

setup omission,

Got the unit out of box and followed instructions
for set up. When turning on it made sounds of
grinding gears. twice till we investigated inside.
There was a blue tape holding the carriage to the frame that prevented it from initializing.
This if down over enough could have damaged
the gears and caused premature failure as they are plastic. There was nothing mentioned in the
setup procedure about this. Following them to the letter didn't get by that and made it sound like the printer we were replacing.
Otherwise, it operates as it should but hope there is no premature failure of this gear set.

Printing is difficult

I can't seem to figure out how to print from my phone and facebook. I thought since it was such a nice little printer, it would be as simple as the design, but I have read directions from the pamphlet enclosed, and have been to the epson websites, which tell me WHAT the printer can do, and how easy it is supposed to be, but doesn't tell me HOW to do it! I would appreciate some assistance with this!!
