Very disappointing

Difficult to diagnose I've had many printing issues with this printer. Worked wonderfully printing, scanning & copying until without being able to diagnose, ink good, wifi good etc.. just began printing blanks. Cleaned nozzle, head, aligned. Prints very faint scarce copies

This printer has been nothing but a problem since we bought it. Epson brand ink cartridges are a joke. I was having to replace ink after printing 10 pages. And if the printer had not been used in a couple weeks, it would start printing mostly blank pages. Cartridges would then have to be replaced or cleaned (multiple times) to even print halfway-legible pages. I should have just threw my money in the trash and saved myself the trouble.

I've had this printer for almost a year but only been in use for the last 3-4 months. Don't bother buying anything but XL printer cartridges. Other thsn that nothing to bad about this printer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Printing's a nightmare

When one of the cartridges gets low on ink, it just stops and I cannot print ANYTHING. Why couldn't the printer at least tell me when I am getting low on a color.

Constantly purchasing INK

I've had my Epson XP-310 for almost a year (on FEB 1st 2014) and I don't use my printer that often but I can't get through more than 10 or less pages without it saying my INK is too low AGAIN! This is not High Efficiency at all! Right now I'm having issues with the black cartridge not wanting to work so photos are printing out missing colors and regular text doesn't show up at all! I'm very frustrated and dissatisfied with this thing. Also scanning is tedious and the Copy function has never worked right. I have to scan something and then print it out instead of it just copying straight away.

ink cartridges

I have been using non epson ink cartridges because of the high cost of epson cartridges with no problem. After several months the printer continues to show a message that ink cartridges are not reconized and will not let me reset it to use the non epson ink cartridge. I have been buying epson products for many years. However because of this problem I will never purchase a epson product again.

Great Printer

This printer was easy to install and set up. The prints and copies are clear and have good color. I would recommend this printer. It's a great value for the price. This is my second Epson printer and I would buy another.
