A very satisfactory product for the price. Although it uses a lot of ink. Is not that expensive for more.

Easy set up. I just followed the instructions, from the disc, for wireless printing. Did a test page. So far everything works great. Took a couple of minutes to figure which slot the paper goes in and prints out. But that was my mistake, was not understanding the picture, was having a senior moment :) Duh! I got it! Test print came out perfect, very clear with good color, and I used scrap color paper, as I forgot to buy paper when I bought this printer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is my very first Epson. There is only one brand I usually buy....and it keeps breaking on me. So, I decided to switch brands. So far, I'm loving the service it does for me. And this is considered my very first Epson product. ^_^

When I bought this product it worked fine. The pages were clear and the color was great. All it took was a notification saying that my printed need ink and the issues started. I replaced the ink and a machine that worked fine now doesn't work. It prints blank pages as if it does not recognize the new ink cartridges. Matter of fact, it will print the color (though not great) but it does not recognize the new black cartridge. After trying to print a document again it prints nothing but blank pages I started to try and troubleshoot the product after cleaning the needle heads. I found on the internet many previous owners complaining about the same issue that I have with Epson printers. Something about the tubing being clogged and that's why it is not working. .I had high hope for this printer especially after it working so well. Now, I'm disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great little printer, but I feel the ink is way to expense to replace. You can buy a new printer cheaper than buy replacement ink. Ink cartridges can't be refilled with ink
