Easy to use

This printer practically shows you how to set it up via Internet/wireless, and with an USB port... Whichever way you prefer to use it. I like being able to print from my iPhone and iPad and computer. I use my Epson as a backup printer when the one I currently use is outdated technology wise, meaning it's not capable of printing from iPhone etc.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Compact and easy to use.

The XP-320 is a replacement for my older Epson that gave up the ghost after many years of faithful service. It is compact, well-priced, easy to use and easy to set up. Connecting to my hope network was a snap. I especially like being able to print directly from all my devices.

Easiest Install I have ever done

I'm older and have not kept up with the rapid changes of computer technology. I was dreading having to install a new printer on my iPhone, iPad and laptop wireless connectivity. In may take a little time to download CD drivers in the laptop ( pending your connection speed), however, I found the instructions were well written and easy to follow. I'm still waiting for drivers to download , but I have already sync up the printer to my wireless connection and have synced up my iPhone and iPad. Took about 20 min to do that much the rest is up to my wireless download speed.
I would highly recommend this product for anyone that can follow instructions.

Prints a crooked image.

Paper is pulled into the printer faster on one side resulting in a crooked/tilted print. Search results show that others have the same problem but no solution on the Epson site.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worst Printer Ever

I have had the worst luck with this printer. It does not print even when I am connected through wi-fi. When I connect the printer directly to my computer through the cable provided from the company, IT STILL WILL NOT PRINT. The printer notifies me that "printer is not connected" when in fact I can see the cord running from the printer to the computer and that it is in fact connected. Do not buy this printer. 2/10 times will it actually print for you...if you catch it at a good time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
