This is the first sewing machine that I have purchased for myself. I am a beginner and after reading many reviews on various sites, I decided the CS6000i was the machine for me. I'm so happy I chose this machine. I have found that it is very easy to use and came with several different feet, some of which I have already used. This is a feat machine for a beginner at a good price.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought one of these machines from a friend second hand when it stopped working I bought one and was going to start teaching classes and some dear friend bought one and it showed up at my door. I thanks God for that unknown friend. Now my first machine is working again and I have 3 in working order and can start my teaching now. I look forward to starting in the fall. Thanks for this wonderful work horse of a machine.

AWESOME CS6000i

This electronic/computerized sewing machine is awesome! The speed adjustment is extremely helpful and the option to use the foot pedal or the push button is great. Having used a foot pedal for years wasn't sure if I could use the button, but now that's all I use it is so easy and all the accessories are awesome, I love the quilting table also.

Perfect for a starter sewing machine!

I was given this machine as a Christmss gift and I LOVE it! I've never used a sewing machine before and I have to say that this machine made it easy and fun to learn on. I've made several small quilts and I've also made a quilted tote bag.

Great lightweight machine.

After doing research on several light weight machines, I chose the Brother CS6000i. This was not the lightest, but I decided the best one for me. This machine came with all the attachments I wanted except for the 1/4" seam foot, which I purchased separately. This machine sews great, as good as my more expensive machine and its great to take to classes. This was a great purchase for the money.

I have not used this machine very much yet, but am looking forward to really using it. Love the ease of use. Even tho this is the first new machine I have had since the 1970s, it is not too complicated. And there is an instruction booklet. YAY! So many products don't even have that any more. Love all the feet that come with it. I have everything I need, and probably more!
