The dishwasher cleans well, but there are definitely some design flaws. After having it for 5 months, we're still trying to figure out the best way to put in our dishes for maximum space.
The biggest issue we have is the rubber tubing (insulation?) that goes around the dishwasher has come off at least 4 times now and we always have to reinstall it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Had problems with this dishwasher drying. Doesn't always dry the items very well and you end up having to hand dry them

Very Disappointed

Although the design is sleek and modern and features are good, from all the reviews listed, I must be the only one that got a lemon! From the very first use, cleaning results are less than satisfactory. Had repairman come out a couple of months later and he replaced the motor. Appliance still does not clean the dishes. Have tried various settings, detergents, rinse aids and such, nothing works! I am to the point that I wash the dishes before loading and again after running them through the dishwasher. Have called customer service and tried all their suggestions and nothing works! Glasses come out dirties than they went in! Very disappointed in the quality of this product. Would not recommend this product!

Jury is still out

We purchased our dishwasher the end of June with installation early July. The washer was used 4 times when the pump would not shut down. Seems this one has a bad electonics board. The tech ordered the parts today and advised they should arrive in 4 of 5 days. We were on vacation for most of July, so the washer had very little use. It's not looking good. Judge is still out on this one.

Love this dishwasher!!

Got this dishwasher last February (2011) and love it! The dishes come out clean AND dry! (The dishwasher I replaced with this one, always had water on top or inside my glasses/cups). Also I love that the stainless steel front does NOT show fingerprints. Once in awhile, I just take my wrung-out dish cloth over the door and wipe it dry with a soft flour sack dishtowel. Care couldn't be easier. Now I want a matching stove and refrigerator with the same easy care stainless finish, ha! It is very quiet running too. And you never have to guess when it needs more rinse agent. It tells you. Plus you get the nylon racks inside, so they won't turn black and fall off like the plastic ones eventually did. Great ideas!!

Great dishwasher

I was looking for a QUIET dishwasher and, boy, did I find it!! I, literally must put my ear to the front to be sure it is running. it is that quiet. Since there are only two of us in the house, I don't wash dishes every day (usually, once a week) so I am more comfortable giving things a rinse before putting them in the dishwasher. The silverware holder is very convenient and everything comes out spotless. I would highly recommend this dishwasher!

Too bad

While it's so quiet I barely know it's working, I find that only the heavy wash really cleans my dishes. Any other cycle leaves grit on the dishes. I use the recommended rinse agent and hot water, but it doesn't help.
