Simple to use and makes great coffee everytime. We had one exactly like it that stopped working after 10 years or so and replaced it with this one. The caraf is well insulated and keeps the coffee hot and it is easy to pour out all of the coffee. The lid is easily removed and easy to screw back on. Just a great all around coffee maker.

This coffee maker is a joke. I bought it because I thought the thermos would keep the coffee hot. Forget it. You have to buy a microwave do you want hot coffee from this thing.

This is a great coffee maker and is easy to operate. My only very minor disappointment for it is filling the reservoir is a bit awkward. The target is a hair too small and you have to use your right hand. If you use the coffee pot, you can't fully empty the pot because of the maker top. But it has all the other features I was looking for so hurray!

Thermal coffeemaker works well except that coffee drips from the lid while pouring leaving coffee drops on the surface around the coffee cup. Otherwise pleased with the maker but be sure to confirm coffee pot is empty before starting new brew. Coffee remaining in the pot from yesterday could cause coffee to overflow in todays brew.
