This is our third or forth programmable thermal coffeemaker. The carafe keeps the coffee hot for a long period of time without it getting strong. It is wonderful to wake to coffee already made and ready to drink! We will continue to purchase this coffeemaker as long as you keep making them!

I really like this coffee maker, especially the insulated carafe as opposed to a heating element. The carafe keeps the coffee at a decent temperature for several hours. The speed at which it makes a pot is impressive, and I really like the short set of beeps that alert when the cycle is done.

Looking for Coffeemaker with Carafe?- Great Choice

If you are looking for a coffeemaker with a carafe (i.e., not a hotplate), you will definitely want to check this one out. Simple to set up and to use. First time using a permanent coffee filter and it works really well. Goodbye paper filters. If you make a pot more than half full, you will be fine with the coffee temperature. If you make less than half a pot and like your coffee hot, I suggest to pre-heat the carafe. Run 2 or 3 cups of water first through the coffee maker without the filter, to heat up the carafe, then put coffee filter in, empty the carafe of the hot water, add water to the amount you want and run it. Very satisfied with purchase.
