I love this coffee maker. It's our second one. Carafe keeps coffee warm for hours, even up to a day. The new carafe has a wider spout than our first one, which is a great improvement. It doesn't spill when pouring! It's easy to program to set up to go off in the morning.

I question the design of the carafe. Difficult to pour the last little bit of coffee. Internal lip blocks pouring. I also question the water fill area. Small and no way to see water level while pouring without stopping to look at the level on the side.

It does everything we expected. Our previous coffeemaker was the same exact model, and lasted us over 20 years! We appreciate the thermal carafe as it keeps the brewed coffee at the right temperature for hours without ruining the flavor, like the traditional glass pots with warmers.
