Makes incredibly great coffee;I am extremely particular when it comes to my coffee. This is my second Cuisinart coffeemaker. The first one still works, but started to take longer to brew. Didn’t want to take a chance one morning and find out that my coffeemaker died. YouR engineers have the water temperature and brew time with the grounds set perfectly. I absolutely love my Cuisinart don’t remember the coffeemaker brand I had to replace. All I remember is that it was no longer available. My husband said our daughter in law’s coffee always tastes great and she had a Cuisinart. Our other son and daughter in law has the exact same model we do. Feel free to use any comments I’ve made in your advertising and in return, promise me that you will not discontinue this model....thank you for a great coffeemaker....!!! Can’t answer your questions; my keyboard doesn’t come up.

The carafe leaks. After pouring a cup, coffee leaks out where the black plastic meets the stainless steel. Definitely not coming from the pour spout. Very annoying as it creates drips on the counter top. Purchased this as a replacement for the same Cuisinart coffee maker model that I had for many years and never had this type of problem with the previous one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is my 3rd 10 cup programmable thermal coffee maker. The only reason I did not give it a 5 is because the gold basket handles keep falling off. Very disappointing. Never happened in the past.

I am much disappointed with how this coffeemaker-with or without the "featured 1-4 cup double process coffee feature" simply does not make hot coffee. I have to either put a cup on the micro or preheat the water before insertion.

Just what I was seeking! Replaced another brand maker which burned the coffee due to a very hot, non-adjustable warming plate. Ick. So, chose this thermal carafe programmable model from Cuisinart.
It works great for my morning routine! The previous machine would scorch the coffee within :15 of brewing completion. This one simply keeps you coffee nice and hot when you pour your first cup: you can now hit the snooze alarm and not wake up to burnt coffee! Also keeps the brew warm throughout the am routine...it is a push to say it’s warm for hours, but still perfect after two!
The cone filter is awesome; they provide a better brewing surface over all. Love the gold filter provided with the machine!
All features considered, this coffeemaker fits my needs: ability to hit the snooze button and wake up to a nice cup of well brewed coffee every morning! Also great for the weekend lingering coffee session while you wait for the rest of the family to wake up!
