I like it a lot, BUT find it cumbersome when the carafe is full, to lift it up and pour it out - the carafe is heavy, which it should be to keep the coffee hot, and then when you add all the liquid, at my age (78 years old) I'm finding it to be somewhat inconvenient. Have to use 2 hands to pour a cup of coffee.

This model with the metal thermal carafe did not make very hot coffee. We tried adding hot and boiling epwater to the carafe beforehand, but still had to microwave our coffee to get it hot enough. I have had two previous Cuisinart coffeemakers, and been very happy with them, but can’t recommend this model

I'm disappointed with the new coffee maker. The coffee isn't very hot. There's no lines on the pot to measure the # of cups. The lip on the stainless steel pot makes it difficult to pour as it gets caught on the lip.
The coffee maker has to be turned to see how much water is put in. The only thing I like is the look and stainless steel pot.

The coffee is to stop brewing when you take away the coffee pot from the burner - it continues to drip.
Also, when pouring from the pot, it drips after tipping back. Our Mr. Coffee did neither of these, and was quite a bit less expensive.
We wrote to the company about these disappointments 3 weeks ago and have not heard back yet. ☹️

I missed that there is not a hot plate to keep the coffee warm for very long. We add milk so not much of a problem as we have to microwave anyway.
Have to use a flashlight to see the clock numbers and do the settings.
Doesn't have a battery backup to maintain the clock and settings. We unplug and put the unit away every day. With no backup, have to reprogram time and start settings
